The first phase of Bottleworks provided such an amazing experience, that most people thought the project was done. In fact, the project has many more phases, filled with more incredible experiences for Indy residents and visitors.
We were tasked to create a simple promotional piece that introduced the core features of the next phase. We created the concept and content outlines, then shot some experience videos around the first phase.
The final piece features initial 3D fly-throughs from the Hendricks team, as well as a cool level-by-level build of Phase 2 from the incredible Dcox team out of Shanghai. We pulled it all together for final animations and editing to create the final video.
We’re as excited as everyone else to see the next phase come to life!
Shake Shack is wildly popular all over the country, and anyone who has enjoyed their tasty treats knows why. When they decided to open their very first location here in Indiana, Shake Shack put their trust in us to capture their Grand Opening event.
We had a ton of fun with their energetic team of professionals. The exciting event attracted community leaders, philanthropic organizations, news outlets, and local patrons, complete with a line around the block for the opening.
We love capturing and sharing these types of events, especially when they bring great new things to our own community. They also kept us well fed with pure deliciousness, and we’re very grateful for that!
We care most about those who get their hands dirty. We felt truly honored to capture and share the story of the incredible craftsmen responsible for restoring the terra cotta facade of the iconic Bottleworks District buildings.
Our client, Hendricks Commercial Properties, approached us with the task of creating a simple Before & After piece to log the progress of the terra cotta restoration. From the first meeting with the Brody-Campbell team, we knew their story had to be fully told. We took the reins, creating the vision for the piece, then executed everything you see in the final video. We truly hope that the viewer feels a connection to this gem in Indianapolis, and the hands of the men who made it possible.
Special thanks to our good friend Josh Miles, who assisted us with field audio and the interview sessions.
The City Center project was a massive undertaking. The project’s redevelopment combined several different areas, creating a challenging environment for visitors. We carefully studied the problem and provided solutions to help shoppers enjoy an important staple in the White Plains community.
We handled the identity, wayfinding, touchscreen design and programming, marketing, video shoots, and more.
We worked hard to solve the challenges of a tricky layout, and are grateful for Joe and his team at New York Sign Design. Their collaboration and ability to bring our pieces to life was a huge part of the overall success of the project.
From concept to model lineups to video shoots to production, we put together a piece that highlights the customer experience across the entire Kite portfolio. We shot on location in Delray Beach, Las Vegas, NYC, and Raleigh with our friends and video partners Travis (Flyboy Photo & Media) and Levi (501 Studios) to create a personal feel that complemented our environment videos from dozens of shoots across the country.

Team-building is one of our strengths. Our studio is structured specifically to allow us to expand as necessary to fit our clients’ needs, and we’re constantly bringing in the very best partners to handle various aspects of our projects.
When Hendricks tasked us with the wayfinding experience in their parking garage, we immediately recognized two things: 1) It had to be authentic, which meant hand-painting, and 2) Koda at Hue Murals would be our go-to for painting the signage.
We wanted Koda in our team for her renowned painting skills alone. What we witnessed in her ability to build her team, organize the project, keep every detail completely in check, and basically over-deliver in every way was, well, freaking awesome. They took our designs and turned a basic parking garage into the first step in priming Bottleworks visitors for the incredible experience that awaits them.
We thrive on helping great people who build great things. The Bottleworks Hotel not only checks those two boxes, it sets itself apart as a once-in-a-lifetime project. The stunning revitalization of the Hotel and the entire Bottleworks District simply must be seen in-person.
In this project, we covered the story from mid-renovation to opening day for the iconic hotel, as well as the other spaces within the historic building. We love diving into this type of project, and this one fueled our passion for several months.

Video shoot series in Tampa, FL.
Smart, fun, charismatic… That’s a pretty good combination for us. The team pulling together The Garage Food Hall at Bottleworks District is nothing short of stellar. We’re helping them with videos, signage, promos, and more. And, acting as a guinea pig for the restaurants as they set up is a nice perk!
We simply cannot wait for Indy to experience this place. There truly is nothing else like it.

From the very beginning, we’ve helped Kite market and tell the development story for Eddy Street Commons at Notre Dame. With the near-completion of Phase 2, the project is bringing an impressive experience to the University of Notre Dame and its visitors.
The project boasts hotels, retail, restaurants, housing, unparalleled community activities, and more in a warm, urban-like environment. We’ve logged it every step of the way, and have enjoyed watching its growth and development as a key resource for the local community.
On assignment in the great city of Asheville.
We had a great time with this project. Indy Humane wanted to upgrade their location on the west side of downtown Indianapolis, including some new interior graphics and an Education Garden outside. Their team cares deeply about the welfare of animals in our community, and we spent a great deal of time pulling together resources to help educate visitors and kids on field trips.
The Education Garden is used by staff to provide an experiential area to increase awareness about puppy mills, dogfighting, spaying/neutering, and other important issues surrounding our furry friends. With a limited budget from a small group of generous donors, we knew we would approach this as a passion project, putting our full effort behind not just the design, but also the buildout of the area. We never imagined we’d build faux puppy mill cages and a mock dogfighting treadmill as part of a project!
Always looking for partners to bring more to the project, we engaged Fab Crew for the exterior painted pieces. Their contribution really helped bring the entire space together.
We also wanted to emphasize the healthy aspects of our relationships with animals. So, we created dog and cat parks filled with green space, cat-themed plants, and a dog-walking path.
Toward the end of the project, we caught wind that the local feral cat population was sorely in need of some upgraded digs. With that, the idea for Feralville was born. We threw the full weight of our own production shop behind this, bringing the vision to life. The resident felines now have a modern mini-community, specifically designed with concealed access points to make the cats feel comfortable, as well as panels that make maintenance for the staff a breeze.
The Delray Marketplace holiday promo was a fun project. We handled it from concept to completion, with the help of our friend Travis (Flyboy Photo & Media) and Green Agency.
We’ve worked closely with Kite since 2006. In many ways, we’ve grown alongside them. Over the last few years, we’ve highlighted their leadership through a number of video sessions, primarily focusing on their charity initiatives, community involvement, and industry leadership.
Kite wanted to communicate the features of several key properties and markets to its investors and tenant prospects. We developed the concept for a simple animated piece that could be templated for other markets.
We took care of everything, from concept to animation to final delivery. We even shot or coordinated the video for each market, including Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Raleigh, Tampa, Naples, and Texas.
We enjoy bringing properties to life and communicating data in an engaging manner. This project allowed us to do both, and has helped market Kite’s core properties.
On assignment in San Francisco. This city holds a special place in our hearts.
We built this little campaign to promote Delray Marketplace in Delray Beach, FL. We’ve been involved in this development since the first footing was poured, and have watched it evolve over time. For this project, we created a couple pieces to promote our rebrand of the center. The updated trademark reflects the rich agricultural history of the region, while tying it to a modern stylistic approach. The video piece includes animated elements and footage from our various shoots there over the last couple years. The Experience Book includes written video grabs and photography from our shoots over the years.
Developers constantly need to capture and log their projects as they are built. From customers to project partners to local leadership, it’s important to keep everyone in the loop and to show off how impressive these projects can be. The Bottleworks District is easily one of the most impressive projects we’ve been involved with, and it’s been truly enjoyable for us to help tell its story from multiple angles.
